A Swiss Adventure: First Time at Mt. Titlis with the Kids

Mt Titlis fun

Our recent trip to Switzerland was nothing short of spectacular, and the highlight was undoubtedly our visit to Mt. Titlis. It was the first time my kids—Rui Xin, Rui Na, and Rui Yen—got to experience a snow-covered mountain, and their excitement was off the charts.

The moment we arrived at Mt. Titlis, the kids were in awe. Rui Na couldn’t wait to dive into the snow and make her very first snowman. With a little help from her siblings, she created a charming snowman that became the star of our family photo album. Watching her carefully place the snowman’s eyes and nose was absolutely priceless.

They also discovered the thrill of snow sliding. Their laughter echoed through the mountains as they zoomed down the slopes for the first time. It was a joy to see them having so much fun, embracing the cold and the snow with such enthusiasm.

Rui Xin had told me before that he’d only ever seen snow scenes like this on YouTube and TV. Seeing his face light up as he finally got to touch, play, and even taste the snow was an unforgettable moment. He, Rui Yen, and Rui Na had snowball fights, built forts, and just ran around in the snow, making the most of every moment.

We captured countless photos, each one a testament to the joy and wonder of the day. From their wide-eyed amazement at the snowy landscape to their triumphant poses with their snowman, every picture tells a story of pure happiness.

Seeing my kids enjoy themselves so much in the snow was incredibly fulfilling. This trip was more than just a vacation; it was about creating lasting memories and sharing new experiences together as a family.
